ABOUT US
The UK Pre-Dental Society is for students who are on a pre-dental track or are interested to learn more about dentistry and the process of how to apply and be accepted into dental school. The organization is now merged with the Students United with America's Tooth-fairy (SUAT), a chapter funded by the National Children's Oral Health Foundation (NCOHF) to promote awareness of the importance of oral health. We have guest speakers during our meetings, teach oral health to the community by doing outreach programs, do community service together, and so much more!
INTERESTED IN BECOMING A MEMBER?
- Dues: $15 (annual)
- Attend at least 2 of the 4 Pre-Dental Society meetings a semester
- Complete 3 hours of dental related service (OR attend an - Outreach Program)
- Complete 3 additional hours of service
Come to one of the upcoming meetings to pay your dues in order to be a member

OUTREACH PROGRAMS
For the past 2 years, we have gone to at least 10 different schools in Lexington, KY and many other schools in the surrounding area doing outreach programs. We teach basic dental care, such as toothbrush and flossing demonstrations, as well as nutritional information. Listed below are our upcoming outreach events.

UK Pre-Dental Group Advising Sessions
Pre-Dental Group Advising Sessions: This workshop is designed for students who want to prepare for dental school. Your Pre-Dental Advisor will discuss the DMD program, admissions information, required and suggested coursework, and tips to prepare and apply to dental school. An optional tour will be provided immediately following the session by our recruiter. Click "Register" button below to complete the registration form.
